Completing an Order

Firstly please double check your order is correct. The shopping cart will display all the items you have ordered along with the quantities and the prices. The page also shows a summary of the order including weights, sizes and costs. Click on the 'Secure Checkout' button to start the secure checkout process.

You will need to fill in your invoice and delivery addresses. As a default it will show the addresses you used when you completed the registration form, but if you need to use a different address then simply amend the appropriate details. Click on 'Continue' to go to the next step.

You will then be asked which delivery method you wish to use and how you wish to pay. There is also the option to order display posters for your shops or a copy of the new catalogue if you need them. Click on 'Continue' to go to the next step.

The last screen is just a chance to go through your order one last time and look for errors, if there is a mistake, simply use the "back" function until you reach the page where the mistake occurred and then continue as you did before.

If you choose to pay by credit card you will now be asked to fill in your card details. Click on 'Continue' to go to the next step.
