Payment Options

We accept payment by credit or debit card, cheques or by direct payment in to our account. Please note that the minimum order is £75.00 and all prices are exclusive of VAT (which is charged at standard UK rates - overseas customers don't pay VAT).

Credit / Debit Cards

There are two ways to pay using either a credit or a debit card.

When you check out you will be asked if you wish to pay by credit card or if you want an invoice order. Please note if you do not have a credit account then we must receive payment before your goods can be sent out. So if you choose invoice order we will not deliver your order until you have paid. If you use a credit card or debit card we will ship your goods as soon as the payment is authorised (usually the same day).

2) If you do have a credit account you have 28 days to pay for your goods - they will be shipped immediately. If you wish to pay by card all you have to do is login to your account and go to "Order History". Here you will see a list of all your current and previous orders. Go to the order you wish to pay for and click on "Settle Order". The system will then take your card details and complete the transaction.
